Ljuva Änglar, and Pion Design from Mollys Scrapbooking.
The Frames are from Go Kreate.
The pearls were from Mollys Scrapbooking too.
Unfortunately I think their shop is closed.
The blue roses are from Rox Stamps and the purple,Marianne Design, are from Scrap o Hobby.
The Stamp is called Special - Liberty Tilda from Ljuva änglar
and the Distress Ink is from Kristinas Scrapbooking.

About your question, I used X Cut dies for making postage shape and simply stamped Tilda in it then coloring as usual we do. Hope it help you, if you have another question don't hesitate to leave your word on my blog as well.
